The high profile Indian Premier League has got a new title sponsor. Vivo, the Chinese smartphone maker has got the right to sponsor title of IPL T20. Based in Guangdong province of China, Vivo entered in India in 2014 and already captured the 1% market share and eyeing on 2% .
Vivo is a mobile phone maker wants to establish its presence in India and the IPL will give it the platform it needs for visibility," a official involved with the developments said.
Previous title sponsor PepsiCo has exited as the IPL title sponsor after raising the concern over IPL spot-fixing.
